Successful test boosts radiation monitoring efforts of the European Commission
Text

We are pleased to announce our ongoing involvement in a project funded by the European Commission, aimed at enhancing radiation monitoring and implementing an early warning system on a national scale. The project aims to improve collaboration and data exchange with European authorities.

We recently celebrated a major accomplishment by successfully completing the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at our manufacturing facility in Bratislava. The FAT was accompanied by comprehensive training sessions on hardware and software utilization, operation, maintenance, and support. The event, attended by representatives from the European Commission and our system end-user, offered detailed instructions covering all aspects of the system's operation and maintenance.

This milestone represents a pivotal moment for our company. We are delivering a comprehensive radiation monitoring and early warning system, which includes 124 stations for gamma dose rate monitoring, 14 gamma-spectroscopic stations, and 6 stations for radioactive aerosol/iodine monitoring (see Automatic Radiation Station). The system also features a central unit, UDCS/EnviDB. Additionally, the stations are equipped with the new generation of Gamma Dose Rate Probe, RPSG-07, as well as our AMS 111 IV and AMS 111 Compact Data Loggers

Together with our past radiation monitoring ventures, we are proud to be recognized as a distinguished global provider of comprehensive radiation systems.
