Spatially distributed hydrological models of varying complexity simulate flash floods, taking into account information on the state of the river basin. A combination of tools for rainfall and runoff transformation, simulation of "excessive rainfall" flow in city streets, and simulation of the impact of sewerage in the city are used to simulate floods in complex environments such as urban areas.
