The backbone of a system is an Eiffel-type wind tunnel from our partner Westenberg Engineering. The tunnel is currently the only solution to calibrate anemometers, both ultrasonic and mechanical.
The wind tunnel combined with our calibration software IMS4 CalibLab is a plug-and-play solution, ensuring a comfortable and user-friendly experience. The system runs on its own without a need for a human presence in the laboratory room during the process. Remote access is possible to be set up allowing the remote calibration from the very beginning as well.
Rotary table
Thanks to the added value of a rotary table, which was designed and constructed by our team, the calibration system for wind sensors enables the calibration of wind direction gauges. Emphasis on accuracy and detail during the production process and drive of the stepper motor ensure high sensitivity and precision of calibration.
