The year 2020 was extraordinarily productive in terms of the development and implementation of new equipment and devices for the calibration laboratory.
For calibration purposes, which must be performed on-site, we have developed a calibration system to calibrate the direction and test the speed of the wind. The system is perfectly portable in a solid Peli suitcase. At the calibration site, simply unpack it, connect it to the laptop, mount in the sensor, and calibrate.
The device has been developed for the needs of a mobile calibration laboratory for a client in Kazakhstan. For many years, its predecessor served as a non-portable wind direction calibrator in our own calibration laboratory. We took its best features, added the ability to test wind speed, new electronics, a new metal case, and created the Field Calibration System for Wind Transmitter and Wind Vane.
On-site calibration is fully automatic, facilitated, and controlled by the IMS4 CalibLab calibration software. The evaluation of calibration results and the subsequent printing of the calibration certificate is performed by the software as well. Learn more about the product here.
