We are pleased to announce that MicroStep-MIS received a TÜV SÜD award in the Exceptional Company Competition. The representatives of the TÜV SÜD company visited us personally to hand over this prestigious certificate.
TÜV SÜD Slovakia s.r.o. is the member of TÜV SÜD Group, the world leader in providing of inspection and certification services with the history of more than 150 years. The Exceptional Company project was established in 2016 with the aim of raising the profile of companies in Slovakia. The stories of the awarded companies serve as an annual inspiration for entrepreneurs and managers in promoting quality, social responsibility, and innovation. We are honored to be the first medium-sized company to receive an award in the field of Quality.
Multiple criteria were considered in the process of quality evaluation, such as activities promoting quality, employee involvement in those activities, risk management, customers/employees/partners satisfaction evaluation, design and development of products and services, long-term strategy in achieving quality, etc.
We are pleased that our efforts and approach to quality management have been appreciated and we will keep on achieving the highest possible results in this area.
